Cape Town was selected as the host of the 2019 YPO Edge and Global Leadership Conference (GLC) that took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in early March 2019. The two events saw approximately 2,500 CEO's from across the globe, from more than 130 countries come together to experience a showcase of thought leadership and innovation. Working together with local production company Formative, I worked together with the YPO team to produce the GLC event as well as Show Caller for the YPO EDGE event.
The YPO EDGE is YPO’s largest flagship event, where each year, business leaders from around the world gather to hear luminaries in their respective fields tune in to the global zeitgeist; addressing key issues in business, politics, science, technology, philanthropy and the humanities.

This prestigious event was previously held in Singapore, Vancouver, Dubai, Melbourne, Los Angeles, Istanbul and Singapore. The 2020 event will be hosted by San Diego.
